Site Acquisition Specialist


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for wireless site identification, due diligence and lease negotiations. A qualified Site Acquisition Specialist will have a thorough understanding of zoning and permitting processes from site candidate and qualification through the issuance of a building permit. The Specialist will be required to prepare, present and conduct neighborhood meetings or public hearings. Close interaction and coordination with RF Engineering, Government Entities, Construction, Equipment Engineering, Facilities Engineering and other Network Teams will also be required. The Site Acquisition Specialist must be able to manage multiple sites and multiple projects at a time. This position will be based out of Orlando, FL.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Veterans Preference
At least 5 years' experience Site Acquisition preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one strongly preferred.
Valid US Driver's License

ENVIRONMENT:
Approximately 90% of time spent in office utilizing a computer workstation, with 5% of the time moving about an office and another 5% of time traveling out of the office.
Lifting requirements not to exceed 20lbs (drawings, code books, filings, etc.).

Tower Top Hand / Climber


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs general construction of tower sites to include, but not limited to: site preparation, excavation, access road/compound (grading, gravel, fencing, etc), foundations, electrical/telco facilities, steel assembly, RF transmission systems installation (including - connectors, coaxial cable, antennas, TMAs, duplexers/diplexers, amplifiers, bias-Ts, polyphasers, surge protectors and shelter/cabinet sets, and related equipment), maintenance/repair; operates equipment to include trucks with trailers, power tools, and non-powered tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Veterans Preference
Must be at least 24 years old, have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
Ability to climb heights up to a minimum of 500 feet
Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions
Ability to work independently under limited supervision
Tower Rescue Training
Safety minded
Basic computer skills a plus (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Competency using testing equipment such as RF monitor, Anritsu, PIM
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with a strong attention to detail
Self-starter, team player, results oriented
Quality and pride in your work is essential

Performs general non-climbing construction of cellular sites to include, but not limited to: site preparation, excavation, access road/compound (grading, gravel, fencing, etc), foundations, electrical/telco facilities, steel assembly, base station, dc power plants, basic electrical wiring), testing and integration, cell operations maintenance/repair; operates equipment to include trucks with trailers, power tools, and non-powered tools. We have both Foreman and Technician positions available depending on experience. Multiple positions based out of Orlando, FL.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Veterans Preference
-Electrical license
-GC license a plus
-Must be able to work with a team
-Must be able to lift 50lbs
-Must have valid driver's license
-Must have clean criminal record
-Must be dependable and honest
